Put an End to Leaky Pipes In 3 Hour Now!

Leaky Pipes? Say Goodbye! Leaky pipes can be a real headache, but the good news is there are ways to repair and prevent them. Start by inspecting your pipes for any signs of damage or leakage, and if you find any, call a professional plumber to repair them. You can also take preventative measures such as insulating your pipes and checking for any loose connections. With the right maintenance and care, you can say goodbye to those pesky leaking pipes!

Leaky pipes can be caused by all sorts of problems, including:

  • Stubborn clogs
  • Incorrect pipe laying
  • Pipe corrosion
  • Pipe joint damage
  • Cracked seals or cracked pipes
  • Excessive water pressure
  • Degraded pipe materials
  • Poorly fitted pipes
  • Ground movement or shifting
  • Poorly insulated pipes

Turn off the water supply to the leaking pipes and clean the area around the hole to be patched. Cut a patch from a sheet of PVC membrane that is the same thickness as the pipe. Ensure that the patch is at least 2 inches larger than the hole. Apply a thin layer of PVC cement to the area surrounding the hole and to the backside of the patch. Place the patch over the hole and press firmly to ensure a good seal. Allow the cement to dry for at least 30 minutes. Once the cement is dry, turn the water supply back on and test the patch for leaks. If there are any leaks, allow the cement to dry completely and then reapply the patch.
